GROUP CLASSES

CARDIO KICKBOXING (45 minutes for ages 15+)
Punch and kick your way through this all-in-one class. You will get your cardio in; along with your endurance and strength training, not to mention you will burn tons of calories.
This class is sure to relive stress and tone muscles you didn't even know you had!

BOXING/KICKBOXING (45 minutes for ages 15+)*
Want more of a real experience of what boxing and kickboxing training is like? With the use of jump ropes and heavy bags this fitness class combines boxing, kickboxing and resistance training for a workout like no other you will experience. It's for fitness only...we won't put you in the ring!

*Must have personal gloves and hand wraps for this class. If you do not own these we
can order them for you for $97.43.

D BARRE (60 minutes for ages 15+)
D Barre is a dynamic high energy workout created by Stephanie Daulton Perry. It blends the teachings of the Joseph Pilates and Lotte Berk methods, with constant attention to proper spinal alignment. This unique approach combines Pilates core conditioning with ballet barre work to elongate, strengthen, and gracefully tone the entire body. Light weights are used to enhance the effectiveness of upper body work while mats, balls and the ballet barre are used to tone the thighs, abdominal, and seat muscles. This dynamic, high energy workout is fun, challenging, and therapeutic.

PILATES TOWER, REFORMER AND CHAIR EQUIPMENT CLASSES

CHILDREN'S AMERICAN TAE KWON DO (45 minutes for ages 4+)
Teach children the importance of fitness while having fun but also the life skills of discipline and setting and achieving their goals. Students come away with knowledge of non aggressive self defense combative techniques, confidence, flexibility with the main focus of achieving their black belt status.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Abundio Munoz provides Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing, Resistance, Weight and Kettlebell Training, Circuit and Plyometrics, as well as American Taekwondo.
