Frequently Asked Questions Rates Schedule Contact

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

MAY I JOIN THE GYM TO USE ON MY OWN?
To prevent overcrowding and sustain an optimal training environment an "open gym membership" is not available. The use of our gym facilities are reserved only for clients training in private sessions with a personal trainer.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
No! We do not have any sort of contract for any of our programs.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES?

Yes. You can do this by utilizing our online system through the "Schedule" tab on our website. Note, it will not allow you to reserve a space if you are unpaid. The scheduler also allows you to purchase drop-in single classes and packages in order to do this.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
We ask that you cancel no later than one hour of the scheduled class, so that others who might be on the waiting list have the ability to attend class. If not, the system will consider you a "no show", and will charge you for the class. If you have a 5/10 class package, it will deduct a class. If you have an unlimited class package, it will take a day off of the end of your monthly package. In the case that you will be coming late to class, please contact us, otherwise, same rules above will apply as if you were a no show, and potentially give your spot in class to someone who may be a walk-in waiting to see if a space becomes available.

WHAT IS THE WAITLIST POLICY?
In the event that a class is full, our online scheduler will ask you if you would like to be placed on a waiting list. If you choose to be on the waiting list, we will contact you when space becomes available. Same rules apply as class cancellation and late policy.

DO I HAVE TO BE IN SHAPE TO TAKE CLASSES?
Absolutely not! You have to start somewhere and we are prepared to provide the potential necessary for you to obtain your fitness goals. We formulate our classes to accommodate beginners to advanced levels. You go at a pace comfortable for you!

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
Whatever you are comfortable working out in; t-shirts, shorts, leggings and socks. Nevertheless, we do require students to wear socks on the mat in the main area of the studio.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A great attitude, towel and water. A vending machine and water fountain are also available.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
That all depends on your personal fitness goals. Will it be your only source of training or will you incorporate it with other forms of fitness?

The more you come the quicker you will see results. Two to three times a week is about the average and great for maintaining. However, those looking for maximum change we recommend three to five times a week.

I HAVE ACHY JOINTS, MAY I STILL ATTEND CLASS?
Yes! The surface used for most classes is the most trusted, forgiving, high performance mat on the market. It is guaranteed to protect your joints from high impact exercises sometimes incorporated in our workouts.

WHAT SHOULD I EAT BEFORE?
Something small...fruit, raw nuts or a granola bar are good options. We also have several things in the vending machine if you would like something but don't have anything with you.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
Yes. There are private men and women locker rooms with showers along with everything you might need to get ready for the day but accidentally left at home.

MAY I SHARE MY PUNCHCARD?
No, each punchcard and unlimited class packages are one per person.

DO YOUR PACKAGES HAVE EXPIRATIONS?
Yes, expiration dates are installed for obtaining the benefits of our programs. If you are willing to invest in your health you must be serious about achieving results.

HOW CAN I EARN FREE CLASSES?
Referrals! Word of mouth is our best advertising. When you bring someone new to our social hour* you get a free class!

*Social hours are the first Thursday's each month.

WHAT DOES THE "NO SHOES ON MAT PLEASE" MEAN?
Just that...no shoes are to be worn on the large gray mat. When entering the gym please walk along the small dark gray mat along the back of the main studio.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available in the first four spots marked "Visitors" directly in front of The Studio or across the street. Please do not park in spots marked "4CP"
