FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
To prevent overcrowding and sustain an optimal training environment an "open gym
membership" is not available. The use of our gym facilities are reserved only for clients
training in private sessions with a personal trainer.
No! We do not have any sort of contract for any of our programs.
Yes. You can do this by utilizing our online system through the "Schedule" tab on our website. Note, it will not allow you to reserve a space if you are unpaid. The scheduler also allows you to purchase drop-in single classes and packages in order to do this.
We ask that you cancel no later than one hour of the scheduled class, so that others who might be on the waiting list have the ability to attend class. If not, the system will consider you a "no show", and will charge you for the class. If you have a 5/10 class package, it will deduct a class. If you have an unlimited class package, it will take a day off of the end of your monthly package. In the case that you will be coming late to class, please contact us, otherwise, same rules above will apply as if you were a no show, and potentially give your spot in class to someone who may be a walk-in waiting to see if a space becomes available.
In the event that a class is full, our online scheduler will ask you if you would like to be placed on a waiting list. If you choose to be on the waiting list, we will contact you when space becomes available. Same rules apply as class cancellation and late policy.
